Country Music Starjelly Roll is not used to personal fights.
The “Save Me” singer recently acknowledged the biggest challenges he faced during his weight loss journey after he drew nearly 200 pounds.
“Food, Man,” Jelly Roll told Fox News Digital at the 2025 Academy of Country Music Awards on Thursday.

For a country star, weight loss is not just his fitness, but his constant struggle with relations with food.
“If you’re really fighting obesity, you have to start at the dinner table, man. Fighting that addiction At the dinner table,” he said.

Jerry Roll confesses that he has consistently tried to lose weight and was just as obsessed with food as he was previously a drug addiction.
“The fight was about food addiction and changed the way we view food over the past 39 years,” he said. People Magazine last year. “It was a difficult part because I didn’t have a healthy relationship with food, but when I get into that discipline and commitment, it’s like an avalanche.

October 2024, the singer of “Sinner’s Son” shared Instagram videoshis trainer noticed that Jerry Roll had reached a major milestone on his weight loss journey.
“We just passed the halfway point on the tour and Jerry has been crushing it,” his trainer said. “We’re walking [around] Arena, playing basketball, boxing. He just surpassed him Loss of 100 pounds. ”

At the 2025 ACM Awards, Jelly Roll also spoke to Fox News Digital about how the Country Music community has changed their lives.
“I’ve had so many relationships in this genre that I struggle to walk around the carpet,” he said. “I mean, I’m holding the guys on camera… I’m watching Cody Johnson… the publisher… Dallas station who gave me one of my first interviews on a radio station… I’m overwhelmed. I’m overwhelmed, let’s be honest.”

“You know, I give you a perspective… I’m talking too much, but that’s true. I’ve been in the same hotel as all three ACMs, and it’s funny to see how much it has changed for me just staying in that hotel… Jerry Roll said.
“Last year, with me Jason Aldean Staying next to each other almost became friends and hanging out all night,” he said.

The 60th Annual Awards Show was streamed live on Amazon Prime Video at Ford Center in Stars in Frisco, Texas.
Jelly rolls and wife Bunny XO took a picture of the red carpet. Jerry Roll wore a Western-style suit, and his wife was surprised by a brown and black lace floor-length gown.
The country music star has been nominated in several categories, including this year’s ACM Awards, Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year, and Male Artist of the Year.
