Tim McGraw His life owes to his wife Faith Hill.
While appearing in “Tracy Lawrence’s Road House” podcast, McGraw, 58, opened up about his nearly 30-year marriage to Hill, explaining how the country star could turn his life around.
“I was lucky. I was very lucky. First I met my wife. It saved my life. I was a wild man,” he said. “I was having fun.”
“She has shaking my life around. I couldn’t find a better woman. Not only is she beautiful and talented, she’s a good, good person. And she has our daughter. “It’s life-changing. They make you a better person, and they certainly calm your demons down.”

Looking back at the time, McGraw told people, “We were young, stupid, lovingly goo-eyed.”
Hill, who was engaged to record producer Scott Hendrix at the time, later made the public about getting together with McGraw, saying, “If anyone judges my character, I left him for someone else, so if I judge my character.”
