The “husband, loyalty, respect” preacher revealed that he had undergone hair transplant surgery in November. Social media posts from Cena’s appearance at the Royal Rumble showed a bald spot on the back of his head.
“I saw it with so many bald spot signs. And it’s because when you get it, your hair has to fall off, so the old ones have to fall off.

“Hey hey, you don’t see enough here.’ This isn’t cool.
“I’m here Rumble Win, (fans ask), “What about the bald spot?” Likewise, it’s not fair. I can’t control it. ”
Cena said the fans essentially bullied him and ended the surgery.
“You chant, you make me feel small and you make me embarrassed. I don’t know what it is. It’s straight bullying. It’s not cool. So thank you for bullying me to get a surgical hair replacement.
Cena added to it, “There’s no problem.” He had a problem and “trying to fix it.”
