The May office first responded to a request for comment on Fox News Digital after providing public records, requesting a list of questions and background information before speaking. Fox News Digital did not provide any information or listings of comments and requested a virtual or telephone interview.
The office then responded in a statement in May, “speculation that the company or lawyer mentioned in your investigation represents SJSU or that CSU is unfounded.” Fox News Digital did not raise just that question or other provisions.
