White, 68, listed some health tips that will help you stay young with strict diet and minimal work schedules.
When the iconic game show co-host is not turning the letters on the “Wheel of Fortune” puzzle board, fans may be surprised to learn how casual white lies behind the 8,000 flashy gowns they’ve worn for decades.

Recently appeared on “Wheels” co-host Ryan Seacrest iheartradio show“Ryan Seacrest and Air,” White shared her go-to snack.
“You already know what I’m eating, right?… yeah, nuts,” White said with a laugh, 50.
White usually eats healthy food snacks, but she confesses that there is one sweet treat that sometimes makes her fall into seduction, but not perfect.

“When I come in the morning, they have these incredible doughnut spreads. It’s very difficult not to eat doughnuts. Sometimes I get a little doughnut hole. I can’t resist… but I don’t eat everything.”
The co-host of “Wheel of Fortune” shared her favorites for lunch.
“What is your favourite lunch? A turkey Thanksgiving day feast or something?” Seacrest asked.
White said, “Yeah, they call it ‘Bobby’. Essentially, it’s a sandwich with turkey and dressing and cranberry sauce. ”
“It’s very difficult not to eat doughnuts, and sometimes I get a little doughnut hole. I can’t resist…but I don’t eat everything.”

“It’s the day after Thanksgiving,” teased Seacrest.
The “American Idol” host also told fans that they were enjoying the snacks.

“I have a seed cracker that I always complain about,” Seacrest replied.
Before the two co-hosts enter the stage for “Wheel of Fortune,” he added that he usually checks each other’s teeth to make sure they’re not packed with food before going to the camera. But it’s not always a success.
“I say to Vanna behind the scenes, ‘Do you have sesame seeds on my teeth?” And she says to me, “Do you have lipstick on my teeth?” ”
He said, “The doors are already open so it doesn’t matter if there is or not, so I’m not going to save each other anyway… Seedcrackers and salmon are things I eat in between.”

White is training her diet, but her light work schedule may also play an important role in helping her stay attractive.

“but [we film] Six shows. Now, you may feel bad for me,” she added as the host expressed their surprise.
“I don’t feel a bit sorry for you,” Duran said. “That sounds like a great job.”
“It’s six different dresses a day,” cried the Daniel Monaro co-host.
“Yes,” White said with a smile.

For decades, television personality never repeated a dress up to one instance in 2020 due to a production error.
“It’s broadcast alongside Ryan Seacrest,” revealed White was sweating rather than his everyday dress.
Seacrest cried when one of the hosts asked White if he enjoyed wearing the dress over the weekend.

“Can I answer this for her? She likes to wear a wig and sweat… You’ll never see her in a dress in a wild or weekend,” he said.
“We actually wear the same clothes in the middle of work: jeans… wools and sweatshirts. When you’re in a lot of places, you don’t know who is who. “Vanna, Ryan?!”
The co-host of “Wheel of Fortune” has graced the game show stages of over 8,000 episodes and has worn thousands of dresses in her illustrious career, making it clear that no one actually belongs to her.
“Do you own dresses, do you rent them, can you hold them?” the radio host asked. White laughed and replied, “No, no, none of the above.”

White works hard to make you feel good in all these gorgeous gowns.
Last October, White showed off her tone arms when she lifted her dumbbells in her dress, heels and full make-up.
“Look, I wear a lot of sleeveless dresses so I have to keep my muscles moving,” she laughed, lifting the weights over her head.
She handed the weights to Seacrest: “Let’s see how you do that.”
Seacrest did a training squat in his suit as he lifted up the dumbbells and made a new white movement.

“Wheel of Fortune” premiered on television in 1975. Pat Sajac began hosting in 1981, and the following year co-host White joined him.
In June 2023, former longtime host Sajak announced he would resign from his hosting duties.

Sajak’s retirement marked the end of 42 years hosting the show. A few weeks after his announcement, Seacrest was officially appointed to replace him.
“Wheel of Fortune” co-host White has signed a deal to keep her on the show throughout the 2025-2026 season.
