California athletics State Championships In Clovis, California, it turned into a crime scene on Friday as tensions rose among opposing protesters.
One LGBTQ protester Arrested Clovis police confirmed with Fox News Digital after allegedly attacking conservative protesters outside Buchanan High School’s Veteran Memorial Stadium.
The allegedly attacked is California right-wing activist and content creator Josh Fulfer, who has done it on social media under the nickname “Oreo Express.”
Footage obtained by Fox News Digital shows an LGBTQ protester identified by an LGBTQ protester as 19-year-old Ethan Kroll, shocking Fulfer with a flag pole attached to it with a Transgender Pride Flag.

Police records obtained by Fox News Digital show that the man Kroll was arrested for assaulting a deadly weapon other than a firearm, obstructing civil servants and vandalism.
Fulfer told Fox News Digital that the incident occurred after he left the competition, driving with his wife and approaching a red light. He says Kroll was wearing a black face covering.
“They were screaming something and immediately recognized me. And they said something. I don’t even understand what they were saying, I can’t even understand what they were saying, but I said with the nature of “If you’re so proud and you’re not ashamed of your cause, why are you embarrassed to show your face?”
“Then they cried out something, and when they cried out something, they started going across the street towards the central division, and they started slamming me with the poles saying, ‘You’re Josh Fulfer.’
Fulfer said he attacked the blow and the scrapes on his arm. Fulfer then said he and police, in the eyes of the pepper sprayed crawl.
Fulfer claims that after a peppery crawl, LGTBQ protesters began pulling poles out of the car and destroying the roof and doors of his car. Fulfer says he drove and claims that Kroll destroyed the back of his car when he drove.

Fulfer says he saw a nearby police officer rushing in to intervene and rushed to the scene.
Clovis Police Sgt. Chris Hutchison told Fox News Digital that no other criminal cases occurred at or near the track competition Friday night.
“Our attitude is to allow people to exercise their constitutional rights to free speech and protest,” Hutchison said. “They have the right to do it in a way that does not incite violence or cause other problems. …We have no room for violence or damage to property.”
Hutchison and Fulfer told Fox News Digital Police that they have set the designated “free speech zone” setting for activists attending this weekend.
This competition has seen a considerable presence of protesters as Julpa Valley High School trans athlete AB Hernandez competes in the girls’ long jump, high jump and triple jump. The athlete finished first in all three events in the Friday night qualifying round. On Saturday, Hernandez will compete in the final round, trying to win all three state titles.
Witnesses told Fox News Digital, which had more than 50 protesters at Friday’s contest that many were planning to return Saturday for the final.
The female athlete activist held a protest early Saturday morning hosted by Sophia Raleigh, outreach director for California Family Council.
During the event on Friday, the plane flew around the stadium with banners saying, “There are no boys in girls’ sports!”
Hernandez ruled the girls’ postseason this spring, and in recent weeks he’s been attracting public attention as President Donald Trump made it happen and called on the state by threatening federal funding cuts.

The Justice Department then announced on Wednesday that it would begin an investigation into the California Governance Federation, California Attorney General Rob Bonta About state laws that allow biologically male trans athletes to compete with girls and women.
The CIF announced a pair of rules changes in response to the backlash on Tuesday and Wednesday, expanding the size of the pools of competitors and handing out medals to “biological women” athletes who had been evacuated by transgender athletes at the competition.
