A proposal from Green Bay Packers, which would have effectively banned Tush Push, did not get enough votes from NFL Wednesday owner.
Tush Push will remain part of the game at least throughout the 2025 season, Fox Sports.

When the team owner deliberated in the morning, Jeffrey Lurie, the Philadelphia Eagles team owner, reportedly took Jason Kels to a meeting and explained why he would keep the tash push in the game. The Eagles have been the most successful play in the last few years, and Kelse’s input seems to be enough for the owner to approve the ban.

The original vote was scheduled to take place in April, but was submitted in May.

While both supporters of the play and those who opposed it presented strong arguments, the league expressed concern about safety.
Rich McKay, chairman of the NFL Competition Committee, said in April that the issue is beyond safety. The league says no injuries have been reported from Tush Push.
Washington commander linebacker Frankie Lub called the play cheap.
