America 250 announced in June that it plans to travel to Iowa’s fairgrounds on July 3 for a patriotic event on July 3, a bipartisan committee of civilians and lawmakers planning a celebration over the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
“This special event serves as the epic beginning of a year-round dynamic commemoration throughout our beautiful country, revealing our vision of a new commitment to America’s future.” America250He said in a press release previewing the event in June.
Trump confirmed on Tuesday that he will head to Des Moines on Thursday evening for a “very special event.”

“I’m pleased to announce that I’m travelling to one of my favourite places in the world on Thursday, July 3rd, and that I’m starting to begin the exciting celebration of America’s 250th anniversary!” Trump posted on social social Tuesday afternoon.
“Iowa voted for me They love my policies for our amazing farmers and small businesses and love America, so 3 times! This will be a very special event honoring our great nation and the brave heroes who fought to keep us free,” he continued, including a link to the people to the RSVP. You will be very pleased with what I say – you should be a large group of people! ”

The celebration comes after Trump held a military parade on June 14th to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the US military. This includes displays of tanks, military overpasses and spectacular fireworks above the National Mall, running through the city of Washington, D.C. The parade was held on the flag day, marking Trump’s 79th birthday.
“Every other nations celebrate victory,” Trump said at a parade last month. “That was when America did it too. That’s what we’re doing tonight.”
“When we celebrate tonight, we also consider hundreds of thousands of Army soldiers who have made the highest sacrifices for our nation, from revolutions to war on terror, to Goldstar families with us today,” he said.
