The Florida road leading to Mar-a-Lago could soon be renamed. Donald Trump – The latest initiative by many lawmakers across the country to commemorate the current Commander-in-Chief.
This week, Palm Beach County Commissioners unanimously approved a measure to change the name of South Boulevard “President Donald J. Trump Boulevard,” according to the Associated Press.

It’s the route of when the Trump convoy will take it. He travels between his Mar-A-Lago Estate and Palm Beach International Airport.

But it would not be Palm Beach County’s first boulevard, named after a Republican president.
In the early 1990s, the streets of Delray Beach, about 20 miles south of Mar a Lago, were renamed George Bush Boulevard in honor of former President George HW.

Former Democrat President Barack Obama has two Palm Beach County Roads named after him.
Riviera Beach, about 12 miles north of Palm Beach, was renamed the President of the Barack Obama Highway in 2015, two years after Pahokie City, west of Palm Beach County. Near Lake Okeechobee – The street has been renamed Barack Obama Boulevard.

The Federal Highways Administration told Fox News Digital that it does not have a directory or database of federal roads named after the US president.
However, the US Census Bureau released a list of the most popular street names in 1993. George Washingtonthe first commander of the country leads all the presidents on the most roads named after him.

Abraham Lincolnthe 16th President is second on the list, followed by Andrew Jackson, the country’s seventh president.
Fourth, Common Street’s surname is Johnson. In honor of Andrew Johnson (17th President) and/or Lyndon B. Johnson (36th President).

Other lists include Thomas Jefferson (3rd President), Woodrow Wilson (28th), Adams (2nd President, John Adams, or son John Quincy Adams, 6th President), Zachary Taylor (12th), and James Madison (4th).
The roads of the Modern President, represented in many major U.S. cities, include John F. Kennedy (No. 35). Ronald Reagan (40th) and Barack Obama (44).

Reagan has the Parkway (Georgia and Indiana), the Expressway (Ohio), and the Expressway (California), named after him.
There are also the Ronald Reagan Trail in Illinois, Ronald Reagan Boulevard in Texas, and the Ronald Reagan Turnpike in Florida.

Obama had several paths named after him (Florida, Illinois, Mississippi, Ohio) and a high avenue (California, Florida, Georgia, Missouri).
Kennedy has highways in Chicago, Philadelphia Boulevard and Cambridge, Massachusetts.

In downtown Minneapolis, a series of streets are named after the president and head west in chronological order.
Elsewhere in the country, around 20 miles of the US highway in Oklahoma were renamed Trump in 2021, but states like Arizona and Kentucky are proposing similar laws.
Trump also has a path named after him in Hialea, Florida, a suburb of Miami.

As South Boulevard passes through West Palm Beach and Palm Beach, these municipalities still need to approve such measures.
