
Exclusive: US Department of Justice Announced on Friday Created a Title IX special investigation team in conjunction with the Ministry of Education. The new initiative aims to address the “increasing volume” of Title IX cases amid the chaos of recent controversial cases involving women’s sports and trans-athletes in women’s sports.

The Biden administration has taken steps from the first day of the former president’s term to ensure it can be transported to women’s and women’s sports.
