Similarly, Crawley gave Bauer a default victory after Hill’s lawyers said they didn’t file a strong enough suit in February, and did not justify their fees in April.
While she was ordered to pay Bauer, Hill had said in social media rants that she had no obligation to decide the court.
“It’s all I say here. He never sees cents from me, and he knows this,” Hill posted to X with a heart emoji. “I was awarded a 300K for what he did to me in 2021. And I refused to participate in this lawsuit in any form or form.

“Note: I don’t know if she understands how the law works,” Luba writes. “Despite her claims, she can’t decide whether to pay him or not – Bauer can earn wages and take away his assets. What’s more, she can’t sue when she simply chooses to join and defend her lawsuit (it’s very black and white, and it’s very black and white, and she’s gone to zero to win zero). (Because) it was a losing case for them…”
Hill said, “Ah, Sissy, when you fight with the sociopath for years, you set your life so that you don’t tie your name to assets. You won’t wake up a baby in terms of adorning your wages. Get me if possible.

Bauer suggested this August that MLB was the reason why he couldn’t sign another team. It’s not because the team doesn’t believe their talent is still performing at the major league level.
