Allen’s days were the fourth slowest among male 200 metre runners with pre-heat. That was the boy’s victory 21.72 and 21.96 seconds.
According to Athletic.net, Allen has been competing with girls since 2023 when she was a sophomore. Those with the surname “Allen” were not listed on the boys’ or girls’ rosters in Allen’s freshman year in 2022.
The lawyer read a statement from Allen at the board of directors of the Inter-Pennsylvania Scholastic Athletics Association, which will hold a meeting in March, saying it would force transgender individuals to compete with people who share biological sex.

“Russ’ presence on the team promotes a spirit of unity, sportsmanship and inclusiveness,” team head coach Christopher Jackson said at the same meeting. “They are praised for their courage, work ethic and their unwavering commitment to the sport they love.”
Hansen said Allen “is not a man who wants to compete with a girl, not a predator who wants to find a way to a woman’s locker room, and not a man who isn’t enough to become a boy. She’s a girl.”
