Todd Chrisley Officially, he is free.
On Wednesday evening, the “Chrisley Knows Best” star, 56, came out of a federal prison in Pensacola, Florida after two and a half years in prison for bank fraud and tax evasion charges, according to the office of lawyer Alex Little. The release will be made soon President Donald Trump Signed pardon For both Todd and his wife, Julie, who were convicted of the same charge in 2022.
“Todd has been released from prison and is on his way back to Nashville,” Little’s office told Fox News Digital. “We are waiting for words about Julie.”

Julie is scheduled to be released from the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky on Wednesday. Her brother Grayson is picking up her mother, according to the couple’s daughter, Savannah Chrisley.

Speaking to the reporter, Savannah said, “To be honest, this process is absolutely crazy and I’m very grateful to leave here with my dad.”
Savannah alleged that the prosecutor had his father’s head “on the dirt committee” before his prison sentence. She read Trump’s pardon to reporters. It stated an immediate release, and she said she hoped “the prison is going to do that soon.”

Savannah said Trump’s pardon for her parents “literally came out of nowhere.”
“I was in such shock and adoration as the president himself took the time to say that my family was coming back together,” she said. In her interview, Savannah got emotional and described her constant struggle for her parents to be released from prison.

“I’m literally fighting for everyone left here,” she said, referring to prisoners at the federal prison in Pensacola.
Before arriving at prison, Savannah was found in Pensacola along with her best friend and hairstylist Tyler Bishop. Savannah was seen wearing a black outfit along with a pink “American great” hat while typing on her phone.

Savannah posted a video on Instagram Tuesday, saying she received a call from the president saying she was signing a pardon paper for her parents while walking into Sam’s club.
“So both my parents came home tonight and tomorrow, but I still don’t think that’s true!” she cried.

She said she would “forever thank you” to Trump and his administration, her lawyers and everyone else who “expended countless hours” to “make sure my parents were home.”
“My parents can start life over!” she said, “Standing next to you and your administration, exposing corruption and pledging to continue fighting for men and women in prison… Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, I would like to thank God for a president like Donald J. Trump.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital on Wednesday, the couple’s lawyers explained how a “incredibly powerful” pardon could wipe out “completely” and “completely” as if it “never happens.”
“A pardon like this generally ends the case completely, so a fine print of forgiveness is explicitly displayed, but generally when it is forgiven, it wipes off. “It’s as if the case hasn’t happened, and fortunately, Todd and Julie will be able to pick up life, move forward, and focus on the future at the best they can.”

“I think the amnesty process was something that was not used by many presidents on many conditions. This president is part of his role in looking at it clearly, seeing violations, and overseeing the criminal justice system. But it was an incredibly powerful tool that the president has and that he was using it.
