Confidence in the game is important.
“There are no counterfeiting about Oakmont,” Woods said in the video. Posted on Instagram. “The golf course is big, but it’s just no way around it. You need to hit the golf ball well, and it’s just that you prefer a long batter because of the degree, complex.”
There is one problem with these long hit balls. They’d better go straight.
The golfer laughed During practice, the rounds show how thick the rough around the Oakmont Fairway and the green are.
But, as Woods said, it doesn’t forge the challenges Oakmont presents. It’s the question of how much you trust your golf game.

“It only helps you to use shorter iron to make the ball a sock,” explained Woods, a very long batsman. “It’s about missing the ball in the right place… because if you don’t, it’s scary!”
In addition to Raff, who presents the challenge at Oakmont, some golfers are debating Green’s betrayal. One missed putt leads the ball far beyond the hole onto a slippery slope, and it can be important to control the spin on the approach shot.
The hole can be very long, like a 289-yard par-3-eight hole.
