Joe Exotic I’m married.
The “Tiger King” star has announced her marriage to her husband, Jorge Flores Maldonado, whom she met while spending time on the employment plot of a murderer that landed behind the bar in 2020.
“I’ve never been more proud of anyone,” Exotic shared on X on Monday.

Joe Exon, whose legal name is Joseph Maldonado’s Passage, who met while in prison at the Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas. Jorge was being transported from the South Texas Ice Processing Center in Pearsoll, Texas after illegally entering the United States.
Exotic confirmed to Fox News Digital in November that he and Jorge had filed papers for their marriage. At the time, former Zookeeper was worried about the couple’s chances of a pastor, guard and captain approving the documents.

“Heterosexuals get married here all day,” he previously told Fox News Digital. “But I want them to respect our constitutional rights and we still support and adhere to the rules and laws.”

Exotic revealed that he was engaged to Jorge in a post shared to X in October.
“He’s 33 years old to meet Jorge Marquez. He’s so wonderful and he’s from Mexico,” the reality television star wrote at the time. “I’m now asking for a quest to marry him in prison and get him to exile, or leave America when we both leave. Either way, I wish I’d seen him a long time ago.”

The 62-year-old shared details of his romance with Jorge in an interview with Fox News Digital from prison last year.
“From the very day we met, we spent every minute of our day together,” he said. “And it clicks so fast and is so honest, and that’s amazing.
“I was hoping to meet Jorge a few months ago or a few years ago, but I think God had a plan.”

Exotic spends time on multiple crimes, including murder businesses targeting animal activists and Zookeeper’s known nemesis. Carol Baskin. He also forged wildlife records, in addition to being found guilty of multiple violations of the Endangered Species Species Act after killing five tigers.

Zookeeper founded and owned the Garold Wayne Exotic Animal Memorial Park in Wynnewood, Oklahomq.
Exotic ran through the zoo from 1999 to 2018. His work at the zoo has been documented by Netflix “Tiger King.”
He is currently sentenced to 21 years, but several changes have been made since his 2020 conviction.
