
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxtons The office announced Friday that the Dallas Independent School District (“ISD”) had agreed to an order that would prevent the district from violating state law by allowing trans athletes to compete in women’s sports.

The video was made by a secret agent from the accuracy of the media outlet and showed that Dallas ISD LGBTQ youth coordinators did not distinguish between Texas providing original birth certificates or renewed birth certificates for school sports qualifications.

“Always refined, do you know? They find a loophole in everything,” the advisor said in the video.
“I always tell people, I go to prison to save the lives of my children,” the advisor continued. “I don’t think conservative kids will come out of gays.”
Later in January, Irving ISD school officials were seen telling secret agents about the same loophole with different accuracy in the media video.

“Can I legally change the gender of my birth certificate? I don’t know enough about the subject,” an Irving ISD official said in the video. “If you can accomplish that and you provide us with a birth certificate with the words ‘this gender’ written on it, that’s the gender we’ll go with. ”
Paxton then requested an extensive list of documents from Dallas and Irving ISD on February 6th. On March 31, Paxton filed a legal petition to hold a Kee Dallas ISD official, ensuring that the district does not violate Texas law by allowing biological men to participate in women’s sports.
Now, Paxton has reached an agreement with the Dallas ISD to ensure that such loopholes are not exploited.

In June 2023, Texas passed the Save Women’s Sports Act. This prohibits trans athletes from competing in women’s and women’s sports, allowing students to compete only in the gender categories listed on their birth certificates. The law allows schools to recognize changes made to birth certificates that have been made to correct administrative errors.
