Dirt lost to Boisson. Straight set, 6-0, 6-3. But the shift came when she sparked controversy. She had mentioned the referee “Can I tell her to wear deodorant? Because she smells really bad,” Dart had mentioned Boisson.

The clip went viral across social media.
Dart expressed his regret in an apology posted on social media, telling her Instagram, “It was a momentary comment that I really regretted.”
“That’s not the way I want to carry myself, I’m totally responsible,” she added. “I have a lot of respect for Lois and how she competed today. I’ll learn from this and move forward.”
Boisson tried to downplay the situation. She posted a photo of herself with a pigeon deodorant photo.

“It seems like we need a collaboration,” she wrote in her Instagram story.
DART has five titles on the ITF Women’s World Tennis Tour. She was ranked 109th in the world in her latest WTA rankings last month. She is one of the tennis players French Open bid. She lost in the first rounds of 2024 and 2022.

Boisson has one WTA 125 titles and five titles on the ITF Women’s World Tennis Tour. She was ranked 234th in the world in March. She reached qualifying for the 2021 French Open, but her victory over dirt could help build momentum towards the Grand Slam tournament.
