Hulk Hogan was in “his own class,” “former co-star of “Rocky III” Sylvester Stallone He insisted.

The WWE star, who passed away on July 24th at the age of 71, has solidified his place as a true pop culture icon, starring in a mix of action films, family comedies and reality TV hits.
Hogan was rushed to the hospital after Medic responded to a home call from Clearwater, Florida, to cardiac arrest.

Hogan made his acting debut with Stallone in 1982 “Rocky III” He portrayed the world’s wrestling champion, Thunderlip. In the film, Hogan took part in a match at a major exhibition on the other side of Stallone.
“He was… I mean, I can be a moody. He didn’t become a moody,” Stallone said of Hogan’s attitude during filming. “He was always self-deprecating, loud and welcoming.”
He said, “When I first saw him, I said, I said, it has a light. There is a glow. They just have it.”
Hogan revealed earlier That he was actually fired from his wrestling job to take on the role in “Rocky III.”
“That was the case with wild thinking back then, so wrestlers don’t do movies,” he said in 2017.

Stallone revealed what would be like to work with young Hogan, who hadn’t yet found his stardom in wrestling.
“When he was playing the Thunderlip character, he didn’t do anything about him together. He didn’t get his voice and presentation.
Stallone said it was surprising to him that he was not injured while he wrestled on set with Hogan.
“When people say, ‘Oh, wrestling isn’t real,’ gravity is real,” Stallone explained. “You have a 300-pound guy landing, and he’s breaking a fall, so he’s actually hurting himself to protect you, which is something that many people don’t see.

Stallone paid tribute to Hogan after the wrestler’s death.
“It was great to meet this brilliant personality and showman when he was 26,” Stallone wrote. Instagram. “He was absolutely amazing and his amazing skills made “Rocky” three incredibly special. My heart is broken. ”

“He just came in and you knew this guy was shining about him. He was a strength to consider,” Stallone said. TMZ.
“He was just at the beginning of his career,” he continued. “He wasn’t even in himself yet, so we got him where he was enthusiastic.”
