Swiss billionaire And liberal mega-donor Hanjorg Wyss faces a sexual harassment lawsuit from a current female employee in California who claims Wys groped her, shared unnecessary information about his sexual past, and ultimately retaliated against her when she denied his progress.
In a lawsuit filed with former WYSS employee Madison Busby San Luis Obispo County Last month, 89-year-old Wyss claimed that he “deliberately placed his hands on Busby’s butt and groped her.”
“Mr. Whis told Mullins in Busby’s presence how Busby’s butt looked at the dress she was wearing,” the lawsuit states.
Mullins worked for Halter Ranch Winery, owned by WYSS in Paso Robles, but Busby eventually began working there in 2021. The lawsuit says it initially didn’t speak up due to concerns that Mullins would lose employment or status.

Over the next few years, the lawsuit alleges other harassment from WYSS, such as “making some sexual suggestions,” including telling them “how much enjoyment they have a threesome,” suggesting that they will engage in “foursome.”
“Throughout 2021 and 2022, Wyss frequently shared unwelcome stories about his sexual exploitation and various issues with other women,” the lawsuit states. “In 2021, Whiss spoke to Busby and Mullins about many sexual issues outside of marriage, telling them there is no problem with the issue. He also said that Americans are “too nervous” about people who are in trouble. ”
Other allegations include Wyss, who went to the cinema with a woman named “Loli,” to meet a man he didn’t know and “started oral sex with him” before returning to the apartment and having a threesome.
Wyss also allegedly exposed Busby to a live video of Lori while Wyss had phone sex with her, and at one point told Busby “he had phone sex with Lori and he told her he could orgasm multiple times from “Dirty Talk.”
“He went on to tell Busby that he normally has phone sex with Loli and Halter Farm because his wife wasn’t around,” the lawsuit said. “Mr. Whis told Busby he wanted Loli to be “Facety Time” with him. ”
A spokesman for the Halter Winery dismissed the allegation as “not true,” and told Fox News Digital that he “will be fiercely moving forward with the facts surrounding Mullins and Busby’s winery and its departure.”
“For nearly five years starting in 2019, Mullins and his current wife voluntarily became part of the Halter Winery community and took advantage of the generosity of its owners,” the spokesman continued. “This included deciding to become a winery employee, choosing to live for years free of charge at winery rent, frequent travel to owners and other locations in Europe, the Caribbean, and other places, asking owners and wives to hold wedding parties, and simply refused to refuse employment for the owner’s actions throughout these years.
According to the lawsuit, Wyss knew that his actions could be legally problematic for him.
When Busby and Mullins begin to separate and decide to move to a small house of property to ensure that Wyss cannot be with them when they visit, Wyss claims they have retaliated against them by forcing pay cuts and accusing the couple of wage rent.

Busby resigned from her position and sent a letter the day she left to Wyth, outlines her concerns about his “ongoing actions and her own anxiety and distress as a result of their actions.”
The complaint filed in April accused Wyss of sexual harassment, retaliation, unlawful dismissal, intentional infringement of emotional distress and sexual battery.

Wyss is also facing Mullins’ lawsuit. Mullins says he “suddenly terminated” his employment after Busby’s complaints despite the billionaire taking him from the East Coast to work on the ranch, and once said Mullins “have full control of the halter company after Mr Wyss’ death.”
Fox News Digital has reached out to Busby’s legal team for comment.
“The Wyss Foundation and the Berger Action Fund are not involved in this issue. The organization’s philanthropy is completely different to the Halter Ranch philanthropy,” a Wyss Foundation spokesperson told Fox News Digital.
