Sources confirmed documents reported by Just news It revealed that Abrego Garcia was pulled by driving an SUV belonging to Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, another illegal alien who confessed to human smuggling across the US-Mexican border in 2020.

The trooper said he began driving three days ago from Houston, Texas, Temple Hills, Maryland, and via St. Louis, Missouri, to Temple Hills, Maryland, three days ago, and began doing “construction work.” The stop report states that the trooper suspects it is a human trafficking incident because the vehicle had no luggage. Additionally, the individual in the car reportedly gave the same address as Abrego Garcia’s home address.

When talking to the trooper, Abrego Garcia is said to have “answered questions with questions that made the police officers they met pretend to speak English rather than try to kick them out.” After the incident, the officers decided not to give Abrego Garcia a driving violation quotation, but rather to give him a warning to drive with an expired license.
Additionally, new documents reveal that Abrego Garcia was driving in a 2001 black Chevrolet suburb that he said belonged to his “boss.” The suburbs were identified by DHS as belonging to Hernandez Reyes, who pleaded guilty to human smuggling after being caught up in Mississippi in a car with passengers from Mexico, El Salvador and Honduras.
According to another document also confirmed by DHS sources, the Baltimore Field Office of the Homeland Security Investigation has also flagged the vehicle being driven by Abrego Garcia as belonging to a target suspected of human trafficking or smuggling.
The office said, “The vehicles are used by HSI Baltimore targets in human smuggling/trafficking operations. The vehicles travel to the tropical border to welcome non-citizens.”
“There’s no doubt” that Abrego Garcia has repeatedly had legitimate procedures,” says GOP lawmakers.

Abrego Garcia was arrested in Hyattville, Maryland in October 2019, according to police and court records shared with Fox News Digital. Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) gang.
A Federal Immigration Court in Baltimore found that Abrego Garcia “has not qualified for release because he was unable to meet his burden of showing that release from custody would not pose a risk to others.
The court found that it was a proven and reliable source of information in the past. [sic]”Respondent’s gang membership, rank and gang name confirming that respondents are sufficient to support their gang members, and Abrego “failed to present evidence to refute that claim.”
Court records involving Abrego Garcia’s wife, Jennifer Vasquez, further show that he is the “violent” wife beater.

Fox News has obtained a written domestic violence allegation filed in court by his wife in 2021 against Abrego Garcia.
In a handwritten filing by Vasquez herself, she claims that Abrego Garcia has repeatedly beaten her, saying, “At this point, I am afraid to approach him. [has] He left me. ”

Vasquez claims that Abrego Garcia punched and scratched her in her eyes, leaving her bleeding. He also allegedly threw her laptop on the floor.
She wrote on another day that Abrego Garcia began screaming angrily again, grabbing her arm and torn her shirt and shorts before leaving the mark.

Vasquez recalled twice that Abrego Garcia attacked her in 2020.
“In November 2020, he hit me with his work boots,” she wrote. “In August 2020, he struck his eyes, leaving behind purple eyes.”

Local FOX affiliate FOX45 reported that court documents further showed that a man named Edwin Ramos, who claimed to be the father of two of Vasquez’s children, had filed custody of the child because he was worried about the child’s safety as he allegedly said Vasquez was on a date with a gang member.
