Smokey Robinson firmly denied Sexual assault allegations Made for him.
Robinson’s lawyer, Christopher Frost, issued a statement on behalf of his client, pointing to Fox News Digital to the plaintiffs’ account inconsistencies and questionable timelines, suggesting that the claim is a tactic to force money from Motown legends.
Francis, the wife of 25-year-old Robinson, was accused of perpetuating “hostile work environment.”

“We are responding on behalf of our clients, Smokey and Francis Robinson. Legal responseand eventually Mr. Robinson will respond in his own words,” Frost explained.
“As this case progresses, the evidence (the key element that guides us) shows that this is exactly an ugly way of trying to extract money from the 85-year-old American icon ($50 million).”
According to documents obtained by Fox News Digital, 85-year-old Robinson was charged with sexual misconduct and false imprisonment in a lawsuit filed Tuesday by four anonymous former employees.

Frost’s statement continued, “Through this process, we saw a strange play of [Tuesday’s] As the plaintiff’s lawyers have outlined vilely, the press conference and false allegations against the Robinsons. ”

Robinson has been accused of harassing and assaulting a former housekeeper who worked at the Chatsworth home between 2006 and 2024.
Frost concluded his statement in the next move from the legal team. This includes a formal request to dismiss the case.

“We also ask the court in a statement to the press about Mr. Robinson that the plaintiff’s lawyer has reached beyond the scope of freedoms normally permitted in this context,” the statement read.

“We can say more about this issue as we can work to protect our clients vigorously from these false allegations and protect their good names.”
In addition to allegations against Robinson, his wife Francis is under attack because she allegedly perpetuated a toxic work environment.

The accuser alleged that Francis “failed to take appropriate corrective action to prevent deviant misconduct by defendant Smokey Robinson.” Sexual misconductresolved lawsuits with other women who suffered and experienced similar sexual assaults perpetuated by him. ”
According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe 1, one of the four accusers, worked for Motown legends from January 2023 to February 2024, but was forced to resign due to Robinson’s “recurring sexual assault and sexual harassment against her.”

She allegedly sexually assaulted her “at least seven times” while she was employed by her family. She said, “I was reluctant to report the incident because of her livelihood, family retaliation, national embarrassment and fear of losing shame.
“The plaintiffs were severely harmed and humiliated by the actions of defendant Smokey Robinson,” the women alleged in their lawsuit.

In addition to sexual assault and assault, four women sued for negligence, intentional violations of emotional distress, gender violence and many violations of labor laws.
