Smokey Robinson He filed $500 million mutual violations against sexual assault, sexual misconduct and four anonymous former employees who accused him of the $50 million lawsuit filed earlier this month.
In court documents filed Wednesday in LA Superior Court and obtained by Fox News Digital, the 85-year-old singer and his wife Francis sued four Janes and legal representatives for slander, financial elder abuse, intentional infringement of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, civil conspiracy and other claims.
The lawsuit alleges that the women’s charges against Robinson were “made in support of their horrifying plans.” The document further stated, “Robinson and Robinson viewed or did not treat people in their employment as mere employees. They treated them as large families.”

“The Robinsons did not abuse, harm or use the plaintiffs. They treated the plaintiffs with the greatest kindness and generosity,” the lawsuit said. “Unfortunately, the plaintiff’s depth of greed and greed do not know the boundaries.”

The lawsuit alleges that with the support of law firm Harris & Hayden, the accuser initially sought $100 million from the Robinsons before filing the lawsuit. After the accuser’s request was not met, they filed a lawsuit, “creating a media circus and creating an official sight of themselves,” the lawsuit said.
The document was given by the accuser’s lawyer on May 6th and referenced a press conference attended by three of the four Janes.

The lawsuit also suggested that the accuser could have been potentially stolen Musician and his wife in their employment.

In addition to Cross’s complaints, Robinsons’ attorneys filed separate claims on Wednesday, dismissing the suspect’s case to dismiss it and allegedly violated California’s Civil Procedure Act as it was filed in fictitious names.

She allegedly sexually assaulted her “at least seven times” while she was employed by her family. She said, “She didn’t want to report the incident because of her livelihood, family embarrassment, public embarrassment, fear of losing her humiliation, her negative impact on her immigrant status and the well-recognized celebrity status and her influential friends and associations.
