“What you expect when your star player is a boy.” Gaines wrote.
Villes, a seven-time Olympic gold medalist, saw the post and told Gaines he was “really ill.”
“It’s all about this campaign because you lost the race. Straighten the loser’s pain,” Biles wrote to Gaines in 2022, who competed with trans swimmer Leah Thomas.
“We should raise the trans community, perhaps find ways to make sports inclusive and create new pathways where trance feels safe in sports. It’s probably the transgender category of all sports!!
In another post, Biles added, “Ironically you’re bullying your own size.”

“This is actually quite unfortunate. It’s not my job or women’s job to understand how to include men in our space. You can elevate men who steal championships in women’s sports on your platform. Men don’t belong to women’s sports. Gaines replied.
Gaines added in another post. “My take is the most indisputable take on the planet. Is Simone Biles a male apologist at the expense of a young girl’s dream? I didn’t have that on my bingo card. Maybe she could compete in the ring with a Pommel horse in 2028.”
“And subtle hints on ‘body shaming’???? plzzzzzz I’m 5’5.” Gaines too He responded to a personal attack.
Villes didn’t say that trans athletes belong to a competition between girls and women. When X-user told Biles, “There’s a reason why there’s a ring in male exercises, not female exercises,” Biles questioned the users’ “understanding skills.”
“Can you read too? We can see that we also lack understanding skills….” Biles wrote. Biles recommended the transgender category in his first post to Gaines.
