Los Angeles Dodgers Superstar Shohai Otani won his 28th home run of the season in the belt in a 3-1 victory over the Colorado Rockies 3-1 at Coors Field on Thursday.
On a home run, Otani became the first player to hit 28 home runs since Willie Mays in the Hall of Faley, tripling six times the team’s first 80 games of the season. Mays achieved the feat in 1954.

Otani’s next scheduled start is against Kansas City Royals Saturday at 4:10pm (East US).
The Dodgers (51-31) and Royals (38-43) will begin their three-game series at Dodger Stadium on Friday at 8:10pm.
