president Donald Trump We are rooting for GOP’s groundbreaking spending and tax cuts bills as we face Senate Judgment Day.
“One big, big, beautiful bill is working well!” The president wrote in a social media post hours ago. The Senate On Monday, Republicans began voting many votes on the measures that were created.
The bill the president claims will pass Congress and reach his desk by Friday, July 4th is filled with promises and second term priorities on Trump’s campaign trails on tax cuts, immigration, defense, energy and debt restrictions.
This includes extending the tax cuts in his signature 2017, eliminating taxes on tips and overtime pay, providing billions to border security, and codifying the controversial immigrant crackdown.

However, many of the latest national surveys show that Americans are not excited about the measure.
With a margin of 21 points, voters asked about the latest questions. Fox News National Poll Last month, the House opposed the Federal Budget Act, which was passed by the House of Representatives with just one vote (38% supported opposition).

The bill was also underwater in a national survey conducted this month by the Washington Post (minus 19 points), Pew Research (minus 20 points), and Kinnipiac University (minus 26 points).

When Democrats attack the bill, they highlight the GOP’s proposed Medicaid restructuring. It is a nearly 60-year federal program offering health insurance to around 71 million low-income Americans. Additionally, Senate Republicans have increased Medicaid cuts than the ones passed by the House.
Democats’ delay tactics end, and debate begins with Trump’s “big, beautiful bill”
Changes to MedicaidIt was partially drafted as an offset for Trump’s 2017 tax cut, which is expected to expire later this year, as well as the food stamp cut cut, which is another of the country’s major safety net programs. The measures include numerous new rules and regulations, including work requirements for many people seeking Medicaid compensation.
Meanwhile, Republicans have criticized Democrats who oppose the voting bill to increase taxes for most Americans.

Approximately half of respondents questioned in the Fox News poll said the bill hurts families (49%), one quarter thought it would help (23%), and another quarter didn’t think it would make a difference (26%).
60% feel they have a good understanding of what is officially in the measure formally known as a large and beautiful bill. Those voters are more likely to support the law than those new to it, but they believe it hurts more than helping their families (45% vs. 34%).

All the latest investigations show wide partisan disparities over the measures.
A Fox News survey conducted June 13-16 found that nearly three-quarters of Republicans (73%) supported the bill, with nearly nine of 10 Democrats (89%) and nearly three-quarters of independents (73%) opposed the measure.
