Judge Arun Subramanian Set Shawn: Diddy, Combs The verdict on October 3rd.
Just before the 2pm hearing on Tuesday, the defense and prosecutors agreed to a date previously proposed by a federal judge. The defense initially sought a prompt ruling after Combs’ bail package was denied and provided until September 22 as a potential date for the first letter filed in court.
However, Judge Subramanian eventually approved the date of October 3rd.
The parties also submitted new dates for advance sentence reports and post-trial moves. Any post-trial filing by defense must be filed by July 30th. The government must respond until August 20th. Diddy’s pre-judice investigation report will be submitted before August 29th, and the final report will be released on September 18th.

Diddy’s Juice The rapper discovers he has not committed any crimes of assault conspiracy and sex trafficking. He was found guilty of both transport numbers to engage in prostitution.
Diddy could spend 10 years behind the bar, and up to 20 years on each count he was convicted of. However, the prosecutors suggested that the rapper would be placed behind the bar between four and five years.

At a press conference after the verdict, his lead lawyer, Mark Agnifilo, boasted that the team would not stop until the team became a free man.
“We’re barely finished the fight, we’re just starting,” Agnifilo said outside court on Wednesday. “To win this and defeat the prosecutors from the Southern District of New York, we’ll try our best from start to finish. Today was a huge, big step in the right direction, but we’re going to fight and win.

After nearly 14 hours of deliberation, the ju apprentices revealed that they had reached a verdict on four of the five counts Diddy faced. The ju judges indicated that they were unable to reach a unanimous decision on assault charges. Disgraceful Music Master.
On July 1st, the court instructed the ju judge to continue deliberation of the assault charge. After an hour of deliberation on July 2nd, the ju apprentices returned all five verdicts.
The ju judges began deliberations on Monday, June 30th after hearing testimony from the seven-week trial. The prosecutors chose to take a break from the case on June 24th. Special Agent Joseph Celchero was the last witness to take the position of the prosecution, and was the 34th person to testify about him. Diddy’s defense did not call eyewitnesses.
Diddy was arrested in September 2024, months after a Homeland Security investigation attacked a rapper in Los Angeles and Miami homes.
