Shawn: Diddy, Combs The defense team began closing the debate on Friday with the seventh week of the rapper’s sex trafficking and assault trial approaching the end.
Diddy’s lawyer, Mark Agnifilo, accused the prosecution of filing a “fake trial” against the rapper “last night” when the government went after his “private sex life.”

“Where is the crime scene? The crime scene is your personal sex life,” Agnifilo said.
