He speculated that the Trump administration would prefer Africans because of their skin color.
“Can we have another standard based on someone’s skin color? Will that be acceptable?” Kane said before Rubio could shoot back.
“I’m not arguing for that, apparently you don’t like the fact that they’re white, and that’s why they’re coming,” Rubio said.
“Please tell me you’re not going to accept that. That seems like it’s very easy,” Kane said.
“The United States has the right to choose who they want to forgive in the United States,” Rubio said before cutting across him.
“Based on someone’s skin color?” Kane asked.
“You’re the one who’s talking about their skin color, not me.. These are people whose farms were burned out and killed because of their skin colour,” Rubio said.

president Donald Trump The State Department has directed that after the law was passed by the South African government, Africans were slammed into the front of the lines for resettlement, and sometimes allowed to take private land for public use without compensation. Kane said that the United States did not establish a special refugee program for black South Africans during the apartheid era, downing the threat facing Africans.
“Now we are creating a special route for white African farmers in a country governed by a unified government, including African political parties,” Kane said. “Secretary, if you interpret the phrase “founded fear of persecution,” do you agree that the standard must be applied equally? ”
“I think it should apply to the national security interests of the United States,” Rubio said. “The United States has the right to allow that choice and prioritize it,” Rubio argued.
“And should it be applied equally?” Kane asked Rubio, replied, “Our foreign policy doesn’t need equality.”
