Prince Harry and King Charles’ private aides reportedly hold a secret “peace summit” to restore broken relationships between the father and son. However, some royal experts insisted on Fox News Digital.
“The key issue is that Prince William and his representatives were not invited,” royal expert Ian Pelham Turner told Fox News Digital. “I feel this was a warning shot across William’s bow that Charles is the king and not him, and it could also be a harsh warning that Charles will decide what will happen during his reign, not William.”
According to Sunday emailMeredith Maines, the Duke of Sussex’s Chief of Staff and Communications Director, recently flew from California to London to meet King’s Communications Director Toby Andrea. Liam Maguire, who oversaw the British press for Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, was also present.

The informal meeting was reportedly held at the Royal Overseas League, a private club that takes a quick walk from Clarence House. King’s London residence.
Fox News Digital contacted Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace and Archewell, which handle the Duke of Sussex and the Duke of Sussex offices, for comments.

“It’s a sign from King Charles, I want peace with Harry and Meghan, and I’ll see my grandson,” Turner insisted.

Fox News Digital has learned that Maines is in London to meet with UK-based communications team, media, stakeholders and seniors associated with Harry’s sponsorship. Visits are understood to be routine and part of ongoing planning and involvement.
Sources told an email on Sunday that the meeting was “just the first step towards a settlement between Harry and his father, but at least it’s a step in the right direction.”

“Everyone just wants to move on and move forward right now. It was finally time for both parties to talk,” the source added.

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams insisted on William, Fox News Digital. Heir to the British throneprobably knew about the meeting, but chose not to get his aides involved. Experts previously said Fox News Digital William and Harry had not spoken about the conditions.
“The King is still fighting cancer and is in the late ’70s,” Fitzwilliams said. “He wants to have a relationship with his grandson, whom he rarely meets. He is also more whimsical than William. [William] You can’t trust Sussex. They need to know that. The prospect of seeing Sussex at a royal event will anger the loyal supporters of the monarchy. …Of course, a settlement is desirable [for the king]. But that would pay a price. ”

In his book, Harry, 40, appears to be tormented by the royal “spare” position behind 43-year-old William. He talks about the long-standing brother rivalry that worsened after Harry began his relationship with Meghan, whom he married in 2018.
“From the private family attitude of Plus, the personal healing between father and son is good,” British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard told Fox News Digital. “King Charles always loves his son and could help him sort out the cluttered fracture relationship in light of the King’s ongoing cancer treatment.

“The situation in his family is very sad because King Charles lives with cancer,” Chard pointed out. “I’m sure he’s considering his death rate and reassessing his life. He doesn’t want his family feud to hurt his positive contributions and memories. He also believes he wants to resolve any unresolved issues and surprises that could lead to further responsiveness and conflict between his two sons.

“Life is too short for battle,” Chard continued. “However, if Prince William does not include it in the reconciliation, I cannot see a positive outcome. It can also cause a wedge between Charles and William, despite the king most certainly consulting with William.”
But not everyone feels that way.

According to the outlet, it’s not clear whether 76-year-old Harry and Charles have spoken recently. In May, Harry said he wanted the BBC to settle the matter but his father wouldn’t tell him. Sources previously told people that the king would not answer Harry’s letters or calls.
“I want to reconcile with my family,” Harry said. “There’s no point in continuing to fight anymore.”

but British Royals expert Hilary Fordwich She said she hadn’t bought the so-called Peace Summit.

“My instinct is that Harry is desperate,” Fordwich insisted. “And King Charles wants to love his son and have a restored relationship, but this interim step in the fragile peace process has been violated by the leaks of meeting details and photographs. [have] He expressed his dissatisfaction about how such leaks risk the process, and now doubt and distrust have resurrected.
“Prince William likely views this leak as faithful to the Sussex form,” Fordwich argued. “It further strengthens his attitude of reconciliation with Sussex and actually revealing dialogue.”

Chard also wondered how details of what appears to be a private meeting were made public so quickly.

“It looks like the trust line has been stepped over again,” Chard insisted. “The story broke when the Prince and Princess of Wales caught the glowing media attention at Wimbledon, which was quickly hidden by the leaked reconciliation tale. …The PR machine appears to be playing perfectly.
“But… did the fairytale settlements appear on the card, or would it be great if there was a diplomatic agreement to oppose it and move on?”

Fitzwilliams previously told Fox News Digital William and Harry that, like their once inseparable brothers, “has less in common than we could have imagined.”

“The ‘spare’ made this quite clear,” Fitzwilliams said. “Harry resented the way he was treated a bit as a Joker and a royal wild child. He was also traumatized by the death of his mother. And resentment about security issues directly arises in this, which was very clear in a recent Angry interview with the BBC.
“William is definitely right and right I feel betrayed by Harry As [the interviews and memoir] It was causing a lot of damage. At the heart of this is the fact that he feels unreliable again with his brother and Meghan. ”
