Shedeur Sanders is Cleveland Browns Starting Roll.
Joe Flacco brings the most experience in the group, but Kenny Pickett has also started the game in the NFL. Dillon Gabriel and Sanders were both part of the Browns 2025 draft class. Deshuan Watson vowed to go back “more than ever” after reassessing his Achilles heel in January, but it remains to be seen whether he will take a snap during the 2025 season.
The busy quarterback room drove Sanders to take a snap with a designated second team for much of the Browns’ forced minicam practice on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Flacco, Pickett and Gabriel took a snap on their first team, ESPN reported.
Nevertheless, spending practice time with the second team didn’t seem to rattle Sanders. The young quarterback told reporters that his perspective would help prevent him from looking at his situation from a negative perspective.
Chedur Sanders is split into relationships with Browns rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel
“Life is just based on how you see different things,” the 23-year-old said. “So you can see things because you don’t get reps in a negative way. Or, when it’s time to get out there, be proactive and get warm, let’s get started.”
Decided, Sanders added that every time he gets the chance to play, it is ultimately important that there is no “excuse” and his “production.”

“So when you’re out there, you don’t care how many reps each time you’re in the game, so there’s no excuse. If you take a snap before, no one cares. Everyone cares about production.
It appears that most of Sanders and Gabriel’s snaps on Tuesday were part of team drill practice. However, Gabriel also had the opportunity to bring in the starter and the rep, but Sanders was mostly obsessed with backup.

“My goal is to be the best teammate and be as sophisticated as possible in all respects,” Sanders said. “I see things when I get the time. I’ve grown and matured, I understand the inside and outside of my defense, and get good insights from the vets in the room.”
The Browns will host a regular season on September 7th and host AFC North Division rivals Cincinnati Bengals.
