The actor was mistaken for “Full House” star John Stamos and had a cheeky reaction to the mix-up.
In a video posted to social media, Hollywood tour guides show Lowe to a group of tourists as John Stamos.

Lowe began to approach the bus and asked, “Hey, am I John Stamos?”
The passenger replied, “No, Robrow!”

Lowe cried jokingly at his tour guide. “Hey, you’ve become better at your job!”
“It’s usually about having fun. You know. I didn’t expect to come across anyone,” the guide replied.

The “St. Elmo’s Fire” actor left the bus and said, “Oh, don’t listen to him.”
The Instagram video ended with a Hollywood tour guide saying, “Thank you for the cool energy.”
Lowe tagged his son, John Owen Lowe with a caption and asked if he was a “punk” and his son replied, “People spoke.”

Other celebrities such as Kimberly Williams Paisley commented on the post, saying, “I love you John Stamos!”
“21 Jump Street” actress Holly Robinson Peate jokingly added about the tour guide. “He needs to be fired immediately.”
This was not the first time Lowe has been compared to Stamos.
Last month, Lowe’s son shared a special homage to his famous father for his birthday, but instead of a photo of his father, he Black and white photos Stamos’s.
“Happy birthday, Dad. You’re my role model, my first teacher and my best friend all of which is one. That’s a lot more,” he said.
