The site, known as the Ebenezer Hancock House, was built in 1767. The building is located on 10 Marshall Street in the city’s popular tourist destinations, Blackstone Block Historic District.
The house is located on Boston’s Freedom Trail, close to Fenuil Hall, Haymarket and North Station. It is also a short walk from the north end. A lively tourist hotspot.

However, one mystery remains.
Asked prices are a closely held secret and are available only to serious buyers. Killen refused to share the price with Fox News Digital.
But this property is kind of one. The broker said a similar list was “very rare” in the Boston market.

“This is the first time the facility has been on sale in about 50 years,” he said.
“The current owner, a conscientious steward of the site, acquired the property in 1976 and helped promote the groundbreaking designation.”

Among other things, Killen said the property “may have one of the best untold stories for a historic site in downtown Boston.”

“The Freedom Trail is literally a phase from the front door and the site has been owned and occupied by a law firm of some discretion over the past 50 years, so I think the historical reliability of this property may not be more widely understood than that of its more well-known peers,” the broker said.
