
top NFL Draft Leader Travis Hunter said last week he would prefer to quit football completely, rather than be drafted by a team that wasn’t interested in using him as a two-way star in Colorado.
Speaking at Tuesday’s Pre-Draft press conference, one head coach expressed his reservations regarding the presence of players on either side of the ball.
Baltimore Ravens Coach John Harbaugh and general manager Eric DeCosta spoke to the media ahead of next week’s draft at Green Bay when the topic of Travis Hunter grew up.

“If you’re talking about a guy like Travis Hunter, you probably want to put him in one position,” DeCosta said.

Harbaugh added that from a coaching standpoint it is a difficult proposition for any player. NFL.
“It would be interesting to see how they do it wherever he goes. But I don’t know if a player can do it and lock down all the details to say you’re totally immersed in everything you need to know in the offense and completely immersed in everything you can defend.
“You can certainly do that, I think I have some kind of package on one side of the ball and on the other side of the ball.

former Colorado Star Last week he said that being unable to play both sides of the ball was breaking a contract for him.
“I’ll never play football again,” Hunter said. CBS Sports. “Because I’ve been doing it for the rest of my life and I love being on the soccer field. I really enjoy it because I feel like I can control both sides of the ball.”

Last season, Hunter played 713 snaps on offense and 748 snaps on defense, but was productive despite the large number of snaps. He had 96 catches for 15 yards for 15 yards and 35 tackles as a wide receiver, four interceptions and 11 passes defended, and one for a forced fumble as a cornerback.

“I think we’ll play him, so we’re trying to find out how that team does that,” Harbaugh said.
