President Donald Trump considers a on Wednesday Tiktok’s final proposal, As the April 5th deadline approaches, Fox News learned.
The meeting in the oval office will include Vice President J.D. Vance, Commerce Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, and National Intelligence Director Tarsi Gabbard.
Administrators are reportedly finalizing plans for potential investors that could include Blackstone and Oracle. CBS News.

The Supreme Court supports the looming ban on Tiktok
Shortly after taking office, Trump signed an executive order, closing the April 5th deadline, selling Tiktok to an American buyer or shutting down the platform.
The president assured reporters that the deal will take place by Saturday, noting that there is a lot of interest in the company.
“We’re working on Tiktok, and we have a lot of potential buyers,” Trump said. “There’s a lot of interest in Tiktok. …We have an inherently amazing team of people who are bidding. There are a lot of people who want to buy Tiktok. We’re dealing with China as well.

Trump says he may lower Chinese tariffs in certain conditions
“Peter Doucy’s negotiations haven’t grown much yet,” Trump told Fox News. Customs transactions with China, But he is “flexible.”
“I’m a very flexible person,” Trump said. “…Maybe when you get approval for something, you cut down some points. I’m not doing that. Maybe I’ll do that, maybe I won’t.”
He added that the decision was him.

“The decision will be my decision,” Trump said. “You know, through Congress, they gave me the power to make that decision.”
Between Presidential election, Trump said he would not “ban Tiktok” after joining the platform, but during his first term in office he advocated for action citing national security concerns.
