Seven Olympic Gold Medalists Simone Biles The gymnastics star has received harsh backlash on social media after former 12th NCAA American swimmer Riley Gaines sparred over the debate surrounding transgender athletes competing in girls and women’s sports.
Gaines, the former University of Kentucky Swimmers and current outkick contributors and hosts “Gaines for Girls” The podcast took him to X on Friday to post photos of Champlin Park High School, the new state champion, in the Minnesota State High School League.

The school made headlines as the dominant performance on the way to the title game was led by junior pitcher Marissa Rothenberger, a transgender athlete competing in the team.

In response to criticism of Gaines’ post, Biles posted a message about her stance on trans athletes calling Gaines “really sick.” She launched a personal attack at Gaines.
“You’re really sick, you’ve lost the race so it’s all about this campaign. You’re a straight loser,” Biles said. NCAA Championship.

This post went viral on social media, and Biles added another post.
But Biles, the most decorated gymnast in history, was a feat he accomplished at the Parisio Games and faced a fierce backlash over his comments on social media.

Much of social media pointed to Biles’ appeal for open categories in all sports.
In 2022, World Aquatics, the international governing body for swimming, updated its eligibility policy that effectively prohibits transgender athletes from competing in women’s events. The following year, the organization debuted by launching a category held at the World Aquatics Swimming World Cup in Berlin.

The organization later confirmed that no entries in the open category were received at the end of the registration.
Biles has been 11 times Olympic medalist. She has been awarded 30 World Championship medals, including a record 23 gold. She has not responded on social media following her initial post targeting Gaines.
