Homeland Security Secretary Christie Noem called on members of Congress on Tuesday Assaulting law enforcement officers During a fierce argument outside the Newark Immigration Detention Center last week.
Noem criticized lawmakers for defending their actions as “surveillance.” Appearing in “Jesse Watters Prime,” Noem accused lawmakers of committing criminal acts.
“We didn’t overlook this. We were committing a felony. This was going out and attacking people who stood up for the rule of law. And it was absolutely horrifying,” Noem said.
“I can’t believe they behave like this, and they defend it. And they are murderers, and they are people, to drive people out of the detention centre, who are rapists. [from] It continued by foreign terrorist organizations that are sacrificing our community in the United States,” she continued.

US lawmakers Rob Menendez Jr., Bonnie Watson Coleman and Lamonica McQuiver – All New Jersey Democrats – Delaney Hall Detention Facility in Storm Ice On Friday, Newark’s gates requested that they be allowed to conduct a “surveillance visit.”
“These members of Congress rushing into detention facilities go beyond odd political stunts, putting our law enforcement and the safety of detainees at risk,” the Fox News DHS statement said. “Council members are not beyond the law and cannot illegally enter detention facilities. If these members had requested tours, they would have encouraged tours of the facilities.”

The three lawmakers were outside the facility with a group of protesters as the gates opened to hold ice buses. Lawmakers ran through the gates and past security, DHS said.
“What are they trying to do?” asked Noem. “Would you like to bring these people back into the country so that more Lekin Riley can do it? Jocelyn Nungarays? I don’t understand what their point is. They were totally lost their hearts. ”

“The arrests are still on the table,” DHS says after the New Jersey home was captured on camera.
She was formally rebuked by the House of Representatives for sought to condemn the trio.
“It’s amazing even to vote for someone to vote for someone and perpetuate criminals as hypocritical as what these individuals did,” she said.
“I hope that the rest of the House members will hold them accountable,” Noem continued. “They shouldn’t be allowed to join the committee they are on. In fact, one of them (McIver) is supposed to be overseeing the ice, and instead she’s attacking them.”
“They don’t deserve to be at home,” Noem added. “They should be condemned for it.”

At a previous press conference, Coleman denied accusations that he was trying to illegally enter the facility, claiming the ice was “out of control.” McQuiver said three lawmakers had waited more than two hours to access the facility to conduct supervisory visits. She said all three of them were also assaulted by ice personnel.
“There are people who are supposed to be on board and protect us, and they’re not doing that,” McQuiver told reporters. “Imagine if we can treat three members of the Congress like that, we can treat both undocumented people and those who are citizens of this country on the streets every day.”

McIver doubled in X’s post and said, “None of this happened.”
“We arrived at Delaney Hall to do our job – period,” she wrote. “Instead of promoting council oversight, as they have an obligation to do, The ice created chaos. ”
