First on FOX: Democrats running for Congress New Jersey Those who position themselves moderately to get rid of Republicans sitting in the Pro Trump district have deleted several social media posts that promote progressive candidates and causes.
Rebecca Bennett, a Democrat who runs in the Democratic primary to discharge GOP Rep. Thomas Keene Jr. in New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District, is a naval veteran and is a current member of the Air Force’s National Guard, labeled “moderate” political reports by local media as “lean Republicans.”
The Fox News digital review of Bennett’s X account, created in July 2011 and recently converted from @bigredbecks to @rebeccafornj07, shows some deleted posts that appear to be away from the “moderate” label, including praise from progressive democratic senator Elizabeth Warren.read more
