Instead of sinking into fear, Eggart changed her energy to educating others about what she believes she can make a real difference.
“I believe it is preventable, but if you’re diagnosed, I think it’s about using modern medicine and all the other things you can do to prevent lifestyle changes and illnesses. And there’s a lot.

While she continues to treat cancer, Eggart is also becoming a powerful advocate for the disease.

Eggert has revealed why supporting the Women’s Cancer Research Fund is important to her.
“It’s a community that really embraced me. …I talk new things, and I can learn everything I can to be repay and engage with…I can learn everything I can and give as much support as I can… That’s it. It’s become my world now,” she said.

The Hollywood actress, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023, also told Fox News Digital, “It’s doing well. It really feels good.”

Eggart admitted that there had been many ups and downs during her health journey.
“I think understanding how and why I got cancer is a big deal to dig into it and understand it… I’ll learn how to control it and how to prevent it… I’ll remission and keep the way to help my body… I’ll repair it after all the damage done by treatment.”
Eggert shared that being aggressive will help her stay grounded when she fights illness.
“It really keeps me moving because you feel so hopeless… If you can feel helpless and be proactive with all of those things, it can really help. At least for me, it helps me stay motivated and keep me moving.”

In December 2023, Eggert was diagnosed with stage 2 bone muscle cancer. The actress initially believed that the symptoms she was experiencing were due to menopause.

“I go to mammograms and ultrasound every year. I have dense breast tissue, so I was doing what I was supposed to do,” explained “Charles, who I am.”

“One thing I’m thinking is suddenly the size of my bra, which I’ve noticed recently – my bra kept moving and was a bit biased for a long time.
“What I was thinking is that our breast tissue is constantly growing and changing, and as women move, the breast moves and gravity hits. “And what was actually happening is that the tumor was taking up more space.”
Eggart said she began experiencing chest pain at the time, which prompted her to do a self-examination.

After being diagnosed, Eggert underwent a mastectomy. The actress completed chemotherapy last year and received radiation therapy.
