Cowboys owner Jerry Jones says he will do everything he can to improve his roster and coaching staff. However, he has criticised the offseason for hiring Brian Schottenheimer as the team’s new head coach after letting go of Mike McCarthy.

McCarthy has been leading the Cowboys since the 2020 campaign. However, they parted ways after a 7-10 season when Prescott’s campaign ended early due to a hamstring injury.
The Cowboys aren’t very aggressive in free agency and all eyes will be left to the 2025 NFL Draft, who will pick 12th overall in the first round next week.
