one time NFL Probourer Jake Plummer praised Arizona State graduate and his running through the New York Giants fourth round pick, Cam Scottebo.
Arizona State largely played last season’s college football playoffs for Scattebo, and Plummer “can’t believe” how far the Sun Devils star fell in the NFL Draft.
“If he’s honest with you, I can’t believe he’s dropped that much in the draft,” Plummer recently appeared on Outkick’s.”Ricky Cobbshaw. ”

“Again, it’s a story. He’s not fast enough. He has too much wear on the tread, and it’s just that they start talking and these words come out, and it turns out he’s in the right place.
“No matter what he is there Sundeville I think the Giants got the draft stolen because, if you’re right, he can run the ball well, he can catch the ball well, in this league you know better how to go through the block and he can get the block well from that running back position too,” Plummer said.
Skattebo finished in fifth place Heisman Trophy Voting last season after he led the Big 12 in rushing yards. Skattebo ran for 1,711 yards and 21 rushing touchdowns, catching 45 passes and three touchdowns for 605 yards.
Plummer said he realized the potential of Scattebo during spring practice a few years ago.

“First impression of him, I was very warned him, and all he could do was a spring practice in Arizona a few years ago. I went out and watched this kid run through each and every one of his reps and he was on a special team.
“He ran for 30 yards and then ran back to the huddle. He found himself visibly exhausted, but every time the ball was snapped, he delves deeper and comes up with something and says, ‘Wow, this kid has something to him.’ ”
The Big 12 players weren’t playing or playing from scrimmage in a hurry than Scattebo last season. Plummer believes Skattebo could be a steal of the NFL Draft.
“I’m excited to see how he does it on the next level.”
