Flyer also spells out potential fines, including a $998 per day fine for failing to comply with the final removal order, and a $1,000-$5,000 fine for failing to self-denial after claiming “you would.”
“If you fail to self-declare, you could be subject to prison time,” Flyer concluded, adding that illegal immigrants are later “banned from re-entry into the United States through a legal immigration system.”
