Butler’s scoring on throat took some of the pressure from curry and added another chapter to the “Playoff Jimmy” lore.
“I want to win the championship so I know what he needs, what’s his, will this be number five?” Butler said after the match.
Curry was 6-FO-13 from the 3-point range at 9 from the field. The performance came after scoring 52 points against the Grizzlies in one of the final games of the regular season.
