
The Memphis Grizzlies Starpoint guard Ja Morant pivoted on a new celebration on Tuesday with the team’s 124-100 victory over the Charlotte Hornets.
Morant, 25, was fined $75,000 for flashing a gun gesture during the game last week NBA “Make two inappropriate gestures on the play court.” He was warned by the NBA that gestures could be “interpreted in a negative light.”
After being fined for gun gestures, Morant debuted a hand-ren-burn celebration instead in his team’s victory over the Hornets.

Morant made the first gesture in the second quarter. He went to Santi Aldama and drained three-point shots. Morant saw the ball pass through the hoop and pretended to pull the pin out of the hand-ren bullet.
The two-time All-Star celebrated once again in the third quarter with a shot made of his own. Grizzlies rose 92-70, with less than two minutes left in the third quarter, Morant was pulled up from the top of the key, creating a 3-pointer.
Morant then He placed an imaginary hand ren bullet in his mouth, pretending to bite the pin and pull it, then threw it.

He then crouched down, covered his ears, bravely due to an imaginary explosion, and ran down the court.
He was still celebrating the grenade toss from the bench, even after Morant checked out of the game over nine minutes left in the fourth quarter.
The NBA did not respond immediately when asked to comment on Morant’s new celebration by Fox News Digital.
Morant has been stopped previously due to gun-related issues.

He was suspended eight games after swinging a handgun on social media at Shotgun Willie strip club outside Denver in March 2023. Morant was then suspended in the first 25 games of the 2023-24 season after flashing the handgun again on live social media videos.
The next game of the Grizzlies is against it Minnesota Timberwolves On Thursday at 9:30pm, the world of basketball will see if Morant continues his celebration.
