He was waiting for her. He saw her. He was there no one, he attacked her.
Patty Morin shared horrifying details of her daughter’s murder with the press, including how Martinez Hernandez choked her skull like an “eggshell” and then strangled her daughter.
Patty Morin said the photos of the brutal attacks show that not “one inch” of her daughter’s body shows she was not injured. These photos are sealed because they are so graphic, she said.

“We could see where blood had flowed around her as he was raping her, and then he threw her at him and raped her a little more.
Patti Morin also shared that Martinez Hernandez appears not to express any regrets in court for his actions.
“These are the kind of criminals President Trump wants to remove from our country,” Patty Morin said. “These are the kind of criminals we need to remove from our country. We are American citizens. Why should we allow violent criminals who don’t make it any good to kill these people, our mothers, sisters, and daughters?”
Patty Morin also urged the media not to sanitise news reports of her daughter’s death.
“Please tell me the truth,” she said. “Tell me how violent it is. This is about protecting our children. It’s just about politics, voting, or anything like national security.”
