Los Angeles Angels Superstar outfielder Mike Trout was placed on his 10-day injured list due to a bone bruising in his left knee, which he surgically repaired on Thursday.
33-year-old Mass hurts knee during Angels’ 9-3 loss Seattle Mariners On Wednesday, he was about to stomp an infield single with his second baseman. He barely went outside and took a position on the right field in the next half-inning, but he was removed from the game in four innings before his next at-bat.

“He has bone bruises so we’re going to put him in IL,” Angels manager Ron Washington said. MLB.com. “That’s not important, but he needs to rest.”
After he was injured, Mass said He wanted to return to the lineup on Thursday, but the pain caused it just because the scar tissue was broken.
“When it happened, I knew it was just weird,” Trout said after the match. “But now, after getting treatment and stuff, I should be a little better.”

Mass moved from center field to right field before the season, helping to keep his three AL MVPs healthy. He played in all 29 games for the Angels, of which 22 started the year with them starting on the right field.
Last season, Trout tore Meniscus and played in 29 games before missing the rest of the season.
Trout has only played once in over 82 games in the last four seasons.

Trout had a strange season this year. He hit nine home runs and tied them in second. In MLBhowever, he has a batting average of just .179.
Trout’s .179 batting average is well below his career batting average.297.
The Angels are the last in Al West, 12-18, aiming to move up the rankings without a foreseeable future 11 All-Stars.
