“You’re constantly trying to learn and evolve. I know that even I’ve come back eight times, but it feels good not to beat yourself here. So it was good.”
The 34-year-old Homa struggled in the first round and shot a two-over-pal 74. His second round was a start to a steroid when he bogeyed the first hole, putting him in danger of missing yet another cut.
Despite the bogey in the first hole, Homa sat down and didn’t bogey the rest.

It wasn’t always beautiful for Homa. He had to hit eight of the 14 (57%) fairways (57%) and scramble a lot to save par.

This was Homa’s sixth career start at the Masters, and after 67 in the first round last year, he finished his tie in third place. Homa is trying to build on his positive momentum this year, as he cuts the cut into a top-10 finish.
HOMA took part in the PGA Tour in 2014, earning six career wins on the tour. His final victory was in 2023. Farmer insurance is open.
