Katy Perry The performance took a sudden turn after fans approached her on stage.
A man was arrested and charged with two crimes after ambushing a pop star during a concert In Sydney.
Police confirmed with Fox News Digital that the man jumped on stage and was held in security at about 9:20pm on Monday, June 9th.

“This man was arrested by the police and taken to the Auburn Police Station, where he was charged with two crimes — [entering] Enclosed Land – Not a prescribed facility [obstructing] People who perform in work or duties,” a statement from Burwood Police Regional Command read.
The destructive fan will be granted conditional bail and will appear in Burwood District Court on June 23, 2025.
He was further issued a six-month ban notice to the Sydney Olympic Park area.

He attacked the stage during Perry’s “Hot N Cold” performance and grabbed her by the shoulder.

Perry was caught off guard and cried out before dodging her arm. The man was then seen jumping with the crowd.
“Teenage Dream” The singer continued her performance as fans began dancing on stage. As another staff member walked behind them, two security guards chased the man behind the scenes. The man was eventually removed by an additional security officer.
“Well, there’s never another show like this, so enjoy it, Sydney,” Perry heard him say to the crowd when he admitted to the nasty fan encounter.
She kept screaming at the audience, “What the heck is going on?”
As one concert attendant commented on the video, fans responded immediately to the viral moments.

“I was there and she treated it very well.
Some comments argued that security did not act quickly enough to resolve the situation.
“It’s scary how long it took security to take him away. Someone with bad intentions could have easily hurt her,” another user wrote.

Her Life Tour comes after she received a big backlash for her famous seat Blue Origin’s new Shepherd Mission.

On April 14, the “Roar” singer was part of the entire female crew, along with journalist Lauren Sanchez, television host Gale King, film producer Kerian Flynn, former NASA Rocket scientist Aisha Bow and civil rights activist Amanda Nuguen, all-female Lauren Sanchez.
Since returning to Earth, women have faced rebound with 11 minutes of flight and estimated costs. Blue Origin has not said how much each passenger has to pay for a ticket to space, but the deposit is $150,000 per person.
