Man accused of crashing In his car Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman said Wednesday.
Jimmy Wayne Carweil, 48, was arrested for felony vandalism after being allegedly struck Aniston’s gate on Monday.
“Stalkers are crimes that can rapidly escalate from harassment to dangerous and violent behavior, and can pose a threat to the safety of our victims and our community,” Hochman said in a statement. “My office is committed to proactively prosecuting people who sneak up on others and terrify them and ensure that they are responsible.”
Carwyle was charged with one count of felony stalking and felony vandalism.

Aniston’s private Security took Carweil into custody until Los Angeles police officers arrested him Monday.
He has been accused of “repeated harassing” the “friend” star of “repeated harassment” from March until Crush Day on unnecessary social media, emails and phone messages, according to the DA’s office.
His arrest is scheduled for Thursday, and prosecutors will require his bail to be set at $150,000, the DA’s office said.

“I would like to thank law enforcement and the stalker and threat assessment team, especially Associate District Attorney Sam Flefeld, for his outstanding work in this case,” Hochman added. “By working together, we are guaranteed that dangerous individuals will be taken away from our streets.”
If convicted, Kerweil could face him in three years’ prison.

Aniston was at home at the time of the incident, the Associated Press reported.
The actress is best known for her role as Rachel Greene TV sitcom “Friends”. Aniston starred alongside Courtney Cox, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer, Mattle Blanc and Lisa Cudlow when the popular show aired from 1994 to 2004.
