“I hope this Pope will be very, very good, but I know this: He is our Pope. We must protect him. We must encourage him. We must pray for him.
Holtz continued to insist that “do not give enough people to today’s church.” Perhaps that’s because some people don’t believe in the decisions of the past Pope.
“The Church has the same economic obligations as any other. So, whether you like the Pope or not, he is our Pope. You must respect him, pray for him, and care about him at the same time.

“It is important to us to support the Pope, whether we like him or not, regardless of who he is. Pray for him. I pray for the decision they will make. I have been blessed to know the two Popes and visit them together.

His conservative brother, Louis Prevast, pushed back the accusations that Pope Leo would become the successor to the late Pope Francis’ “awakening.”
“He was very unpolitical,” Prevost told Piers Morgan “uncensored.” “He’s not gone, he’s not right, he’s looking at the whole scene, taking information from both sides, and somehow finding a way to go down the middle, not ruffling too many feathers.”

Holtz is a solid Trump supporter and has posted a similar video of his praise for the 47th President.
Holtz coached six different programs for 33 years at university, especially Notre Dame.
