McMahon turned his attention to everyone.
“To all entities that continue to allow men to compete in women’s sports and use women’s intimate facilities. There are new sheriffs in town,” she wrote in X.
“The Trump administration will no longer allow women to flee by denialing civil rights.”
Although some high school athletics associations have failed to comply with Trump’s executive orders, the biggest feud has come between the Trump administration and Maine, only escalating within months of the order being signed.

On Tuesday, 14 Maine Senators signed a letter sent to the White House, denounced Gov. Janet Mills, continuing to support girls and women’s imports into sports. Fourteen senators wrote that Maine’s current policy enabling trans-inclusion violated the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act, as well as Title IX.
The USDA freezes funding for the state last week and was introduced to the Department of Justice via ongoing transport to women’s sports in the state.
Maine officials filed a lawsuit against the USDA over Monday’s fundraising freeze. Trump and Mills had public spouts that they had vowed to see the Democratic governor in court over the issue.
recently, American FencingDisc Golf and NCAA women’s rowing were also fired for allowing biological men to compete with women.

Ithaca College fired fire earlier this month as trans athletes can now compete in teams despite changes to NCAA policies. The Transathlete competed in Cayuga’s duals but only in the third Varsity Eight event that is not considered for NCAA Championship qualification. Ithaca called it a “misunderstanding.”
